Doors Open Day will be held on 13th September this year. The brochure can be downloaded from

Starting on the same day is an exhibition in the Town Hall, "The Changing face of Milngavie," which will describe the growth of Milngavie from "Mill toun" to present day. It will be open from 10am to 5pm daily from 13th to 20th September except 14th & 18th, and admission is free.
During the exhibition, Donald Shankland will lead a town walk relating to the displays, entitled "After Woodburn: Milngavie in the 20th Century". This will start from the Heritage Centre, Milngavie Town Hall and will take place twice: on Tuesday 16th September and Saturday 20th September, both at 2pm.
The Heritage centre will also be open on Saturdays from 10am to 5pm starting from the following dates: 27th September, 4th, 11th 18th & 25th October.
